Philosophy of my practice
I believe that it is necessary to pay taxes. However, my practice philosophy is to help clients keep their necessary taxes to a minimum, wherever legally possible.
I help clients plan their tax affairs appropriately. When necessary, I also represent their interests aggressively before the IRS, both administratively and in court, to ensure that they are treated fairly and pay no more than legally required.
Attorney/Client Relationship:
What constitutes an attorney/client relationship?
- An attorney/client privilege is created when a person seeks help and advice from an attorney, as to matters within that attorney’s professional competence, and the attorney agrees to provide that advice.
- How to enter into an attorney/client relationship with me: we agree orally or in writing that I will represent you.
- Because the attorney/client relationship is personal and privileged, any communication with me that you wish to have kept in confidence should be via mail, phone, or fax, or of course, in person.
- My posting of material on this web site DOES NOT establish any attorney/client relationship between you and me.
